Es importante se\u00f1alar que el enfado es una emoci\u00f3n humana normal y universal. Hay una serie de casos y acontecimientos en la vida que pueden hacer que alguien se enfade. Normalmente, el enfado surge cuando una persona se siente amenazada, perturbada o interrumpida de un estado emocional pac\u00edfico. Se sent\u00eda muy agobiada y a punto de explotar, as\u00ed que decidi\u00f3 sentarse, tomar un caf\u00e9 y enviar un mensaje de texto a su amiga viendo la parte positiva de la situaci\u00f3n. Una vez que se sent\u00eda un poco menos tensa, volvi\u00f3 al trabajo para arreglar la situaci\u00f3n. M\u00e1s tarde, con calma, le hizo una observaci\u00f3n a su compa\u00f1ero de trabajo sobre el asunto para lograr una mejora m\u00e1s duradera en su trabajo.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->      <\/div>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->      <\/p>\n<div id=\"Ansiedad\"><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>La ansiedad se refiere a una sensaci\u00f3n de tensi\u00f3n f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica manifestada por un sentimiento de preocupaci\u00f3n e inseguridad. Suele producirse como respuesta a una situaci\u00f3n que se percibe como amenazante (un estado de ansiedad), pero tambi\u00e9n puede convertirse en algo permanente y cambiar la percepci\u00f3n global de un individuo ante determinadas situaciones (un rasgo de personalidad).<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h4>C\u00f3mo tomar conciencia de este sentimiento:<\/h4>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/pee><i>*Aclaraci\u00f3n: Cada emoci\u00f3n puede manifestarse de forma diferente de una persona a otra, aqu\u00ed encontrar\u00e1 una amplia definici\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas o manifestaciones m\u00e1s habituales. Puede haber otros.<\/i><\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>S\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos: aumento del ritmo card\u00edaco, sudoraci\u00f3n, temblores, tensi\u00f3n muscular generalizada, falta de aire, respiraci\u00f3n acelerada.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>S\u00edntomas psicol\u00f3gicos: pensamientos intrusivos, preocupaciones, aprensi\u00f3n negativa ante los acontecimientos que se avecinan. <\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h4>C\u00f3mo hacer frente a este sentimiento: <\/h4>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee><u>Movilizar los recursos internos: <\/u><\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<ul><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>T\u00e9cnica de regulaci\u00f3n emocional y f\u00edsica a trav\u00e9s de la respiraci\u00f3n: Conc\u00e9ntrese en su respiraci\u00f3n. Respire profundamente por la nariz y llene el est\u00f3mago. Mantenga la respiraci\u00f3n durante 3 segundos. Exhale lentamente por la boca mientras desinfla el vientre.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Mediaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Intentar identificar la(s) fuente(s) precisa(s) del sentimiento actual y escribir sobre ella(s). <\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Aprender a identificar los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos y psicol\u00f3gicos de la ansiedad para poder prevenir la crisis m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente en el futuro.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/ul>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee><u>Uso de recursos externos: <\/u><\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<ul><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Aplicaciones m\u00f3viles intuitivas que ofrecen diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Alejar la atenci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n que le provoca ansiedad centr\u00e1ndose en una actividad que le guste y que ya haya identificado como fuente de bienestar: un paseo, m\u00fasica, etc.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/ul>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Gmuplg5fo5Y&#038;ab_channel=%C3%A9lanInterculturel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n<\/a><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h4>Ejemplo de mecanismo de afrontamiento de esta emoci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>James, un nuevo empleado de una empresa emergente, tuvo una presentaci\u00f3n oral en el trabajo hace un mes que cree que fue mal. <\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>Hoy tiene que hacer otra presentaci\u00f3n y le preocupa no conseguirlo. Unas horas antes siente que le sudan las manos, su respiraci\u00f3n se acelera y su ritmo card\u00edaco aumenta. Decide dar un paseo al aire libre mientras escucha su m\u00fasica favorita. Unos minutos antes de la presentaci\u00f3n, se toma 5 minutos para relajarse respirando y se repite a s\u00ed mismo una docena de veces \u00abpuedes hacerlo, saldr\u00e1 bien\u00bb, lo que le ayuda a calmar la tensi\u00f3n que siente.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->      <\/div>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->      <\/p>\n<div id=\"Depresi\u00f3n\"><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>La depresi\u00f3n es una enfermedad com\u00fan y grave que afecta negativamente a la forma de sentir, pensar y actuar. Afortunadamente, tambi\u00e9n es tratable. Provoca sentimientos de tristeza y\/o p\u00e9rdida de inter\u00e9s por las actividades que antes disfrutaba. Puede dar lugar a una serie de problemas emocionales y f\u00edsicos y puede disminuir su capacidad para funcionar en el trabajo y en casa.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h4>C\u00f3mo tomar conciencia de este sentimiento:<\/h4>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/pee><i>*Aclaraci\u00f3n: Cada emoci\u00f3n puede manifestarse de forma diferente de una persona a otra, aqu\u00ed encontrar\u00e1 una amplia definici\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas o manifestaciones m\u00e1s habituales. Puede haber otros.<\/i><\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>Los s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n pueden variar de leves a graves y pueden incluir:<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<ul><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Sentirse triste o tener un estado de \u00e1nimo deprimido<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>P\u00e9rdida de inter\u00e9s o placer en actividades que antes disfrutaba<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Cambios en el apetito: p\u00e9rdida o aumento de peso sin relaci\u00f3n con la dieta<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Problemas para dormir o dormir demasiado<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>P\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda o aumento de la fatiga<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Aumento de la actividad f\u00edsica sin prop\u00f3sito (p. ej., incapacidad para estar quieta, caminar de un lado a otro, hacer ruidos con las manos) o lentitud de movimientos o del habla (estas acciones deben ser lo suficientemente graves como para ser observadas por otros)<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Sentirse in\u00fatil o culpable<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Dificultad para pensar, concentrarse o tomar decisiones<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li>Pensamientos de muerte o suicidio<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/ul>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h4>C\u00f3mo afrontar este sentimiento:  <\/h4>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h4>En caso de pensamientos suicidas, le recomendamos que acuda a un\/a psic\u00f3logo\/a o a su m\u00e9dico\/a lo antes posible.<\/h4>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->\t\t\t\t<pee>Si padece s\u00edndromes m\u00e1s leves (distimia):<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<ul><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li><b>Ejercicio:<\/b> Intente realizar 30 minutos de actividad f\u00edsica de 3 a 5 d\u00edas a la semana. El ejercicio puede aumentar la producci\u00f3n de endorfinas, hormonas que mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li><b>Masaje\/trabajo corporal: <\/b>que nos toquen ayuda mucho a sentirnos mejor, a sentirnos aceptadas. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a relajar los m\u00fasculos tensos. Puede acudir a un profesional, pero tambi\u00e9n puede bastar con pedir a alguien de confianza que le d\u00e9 un abrazo, una caricia o un masaje.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li><b>Hablar con alguien de sus problemas: <\/b> en lugar de encerrarse en s\u00ed misma, aunque le cueste, intente encontrar a alguien con quien hablar de sus problemas. Ser escuchada, ser vista por los dem\u00e1s es \u00fatil para evitar niveles cl\u00ednicos de depresi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li><b>Evitar el consume de alcohol y sustancias:<\/b> Beber alcohol o abusar de sustancias puede hacerle sentir mejor durante un tiempo. Pero a largo plazo, estas sustancias pueden empeorar los s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<p>    <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li><b>Aprender a poner l\u00edmites:<\/b> Sentirse abrumada puede empeorar los s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n. Establecer l\u00edmites en su vida profesional y personal puede ayudarle a sentirse mejor.<\/li>\n<p>    <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->            <\/p>\n<li><b>Cuidarse:<\/b> Tambi\u00e9n puede mejorar los s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n cuidando de s\u00ed misma.
