Trabajar en nosotras mismas a trav\u00e9s de un cuento es una tarea apasionante, pero no es nada sencilla. En un cuento de hadas, el orden se restablece al final, el h\u00e9roe o la hero\u00edna del cuento emprende un viaje general y pasa a una siguiente etapa de autodesarrollo.<\/p>\n
Esta es tambi\u00e9n nuestra tarea: interpretar los giros y \u00abc\u00f3digos\u00bb del cuento de hadas para nuestra propia vida, encontrar los pasos que nos ayudar\u00e1n a convertirnos en una hija de oro en lugar de una sucia.<\/p>\n

Ponga m\u00fasica agradable, encienda una vela, prep\u00e1rese un t\u00e9. Se va a adentrar en el cuento, as\u00ed que es bueno que prepare una atm\u00f3sfera de cuento a su alrededor.<\/p>\n Tambi\u00e9n le animamos a que prepare todas las herramientas que necesitar\u00e1 para trabajar con las cuestiones que se planteen m\u00e1s adelante. Necesitar\u00e1 papel y bol\u00edgrafo, y podr\u00e1 utilizar l\u00e1pices de colores, rotuladores, etc.<\/p>\n Por favor, lea todos los pasos para saber c\u00f3mo proceder en las siguientes etapas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Cuando empecemos a trabajar en nosotras mismas a trav\u00e9s del cuento de la Madre Nieve, primero escuchemos o leamos la historia, luego sent\u00e9monos, cerremos los ojos y dej\u00e9monos llevar por el ambiente del cuento… y respondamos a algunas preguntas. Lea las preguntas antes y reflexione sobre ellas despu\u00e9s de leer el cuento.<\/p>\n \u00a1Piense en ello!<\/p>\n Escriba sus respuestas. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 medida su tarea all\u00ed se relaciona con lo que necesita hacer en su vida? Piense de manera metaf\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n \u00c9rase una vez una viuda que ten\u00eda dos hijas; una de ellas era guapa y trabajadora, la otra fea y perezosa. Sin embargo, la madre quer\u00eda m\u00e1s a la fea y perezosa porque era hija suya y, a la otra, que no era m\u00e1s que su hijastra, la obligaba a hacer todo el trabajo de la casa y era la Cenicienta de la familia. Su madrastra la mandaba todos los d\u00edas a sentarse junto al pozo, en el camino alto, y all\u00ed hilaba hasta que le sangraban los dedos. Sucedi\u00f3 un d\u00eda que cay\u00f3 un poco de sangre en el huso, y cuando la muchacha se detuvo junto al pozo para lav\u00e1rsela, el huso se le resbal\u00f3 de repente de la mano y cay\u00f3 al pozo. Corri\u00f3 a casa llorando para contar su desgracia, pero su madrastra le habl\u00f3 con dureza y, despu\u00e9s de re\u00f1irla violentamente, le dijo sin amabilidad:<\/p>\n \u2015Ya que has dejado caer el huso al pozo, puedes ir t\u00fa misma a sacarlo.<\/p>\n La muchacha volvi\u00f3 al pozo sin saber qu\u00e9 hacer, y al fin, angustiada, salt\u00f3 al agua tras el huso.\u00a0 No record\u00f3 nada m\u00e1s hasta que despert\u00f3 y se encontr\u00f3 en un hermoso prado, lleno de sol y flores que crec\u00edan en todas direcciones. Camin\u00f3 por el prado, y al poco rato se encontr\u00f3 un horno lleno de pan, y los panes le gritaron:<\/p>\n \u2015S\u00e1canos, s\u00e1canos o, \u00a1ay!, nos vamos a convertir en cenizas. Hace tiempo que estamos cocidos.<\/p>\n Tom\u00f3 la pala y los sac\u00f3 a todos.<\/p>\n Avanz\u00f3 un poco m\u00e1s, hasta que lleg\u00f3 a un \u00e1rbol lleno de manzanas.<\/p>\n \u2015Sac\u00fademe, sac\u00fademe, te lo ruego -grit\u00f3 el \u00e1rbol-, mis manzanas, todas y cada una est\u00e1n maduras.<\/p>\n Entonces sacudi\u00f3 el \u00e1rbol y las manzanas cayeron sobre ella como lluvia, pero sigui\u00f3 sacudi\u00e9ndolo hasta que no qued\u00f3 ni una sola. Entonces dir\u00e1n, all\u00e1 abajo en el mundo, que est\u00e1 nevando; pues yo soy la Madre Nieve.<\/p>\n La anciana habl\u00f3 tan amablemente que la muchacha se arm\u00f3 de valor y acept\u00f3 entrar a su servicio.<\/p>\n Cuidaba de hacerlo todo seg\u00fan las \u00f3rdenes de la mujer mayor, y cada vez que hac\u00eda la cama la sacud\u00eda con todas sus fuerzas, de modo que las plumas volaban de un lado a otro como copos de nieve. La vieja era fiel a su palabra: nunca le hablaba mal y todos los d\u00edas le daba carne asada y hervida.<\/p>\n As\u00ed que se qued\u00f3 con la Madre Nieve durante alg\u00fan tiempo, pero lleg\u00f3 un momento en el que empez\u00f3 a sentirse desdichada. Al principio no sab\u00eda por qu\u00e9 se sent\u00eda triste, pero al final sinti\u00f3 un gran deseo de volver a casa. Entonces supo que a\u00f1oraba su hogar, aunque estaba mil veces mejor con la Madre Nieve que con su madre y su hermana. Despu\u00e9s de un tiempo, fue a ver a la Madre Nieve y le dijo:<\/p>\n \u2015Echo tanto de menos mi casa que no puedo quedarme m\u00e1s tiempo con usted porque, aunque soy muy feliz aqu\u00ed, tengo que volver con los m\u00edos.<\/p>\n \u2015Me alegro de que quieras volver con los tuyos, y como me has servido tan bien y con tanta fidelidad, yo misma te llevar\u00e9 a casa… -le dijo la Madre Nieve.<\/p>\n Entonces llev\u00f3 a la muchacha de la mano hasta una amplia puerta. La puerta se abri\u00f3 y, al atravesarla, cay\u00f3 sobre la muchacha una lluvia de oro que se adhiri\u00f3 a ella hasta cubrirla de pies a cabeza.<\/p>\n \u2015Es una recompensa por tu trabajo -dijo la Madre Nieve, y mientras hablaba le entreg\u00f3 el huso que hab\u00eda arrojado al pozo. La puerta se cerr\u00f3 y la muchacha se encontr\u00f3 de nuevo en el viejo mundo, cerca de la casa de su madre.<\/p>\n Cuando entr\u00f3 en el patio, el gallo que estaba encaramado al pozo la llam\u00f3:<\/p>\n \u2015\u00a1Kikiriki! Tu hija de oro ha vuelto a ti.<\/p>\n Luego entr\u00f3 donde estaban su madre y su hermana, y como estaba tan cubierta de oro, le dieron una calurosa bienvenida. Les cont\u00f3 todo lo que le hab\u00eda sucedido, y cuando la madre se enter\u00f3 de c\u00f3mo hab\u00eda conseguido sus grandes riquezas, pens\u00f3 que le gustar\u00eda que su hija fea y perezosa fuera a probar fortuna. Al d\u00eda siguiente, sin embargo, empez\u00f3 a holgazanear con su trabajo, y al tercero se mostr\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s ociosa. Luego empez\u00f3 a quedarse en la cama por las ma\u00f1anas y se negaba a levantarse. Y lo que es peor, no tend\u00eda bien la cama de la anciana y se olvidaba de sacudirla para que las plumas volaran. La Madre Nieve se cans\u00f3 pronto de ella y le dijo que pod\u00eda irse. The mother, however, loved the ugly and lazy one best, because she was her own daughter, and so the other, who was only her stepdaughter, was made to do all the work of the house, and was quite the Cinderella of the family. Her stepmother sent her out every day to sit by the well in the high road, there to spin until she made her fingers bleed. Now it chanced one day that some blood fell on to the spindle, and as the girl stopped over the well to wash it off, the spindle suddenly sprang out of her hand and fell into the well. She ran home crying to tell of her misfortune, but her stepmother spoke harshly to her, and after giving her a violent scolding, said unkindly, \u2019As you have let the spindle fall into the well you may go yourself and fetch it out.\u2019\n\nThe girl went back to the well not knowing what to do, and at last in her distress she jumped into the water after the spindle. She remembered nothing more until she awoke and found herself in a beautiful meadow, full of sunshine, and with countless flowers blooming in every direction. She walked over the meadow, and presently she came upon a baker\u2019s oven full of bread, and the loaves cried out to her, \u2019Take us out, take us out, or alas! we shall be burnt to a cinder; we were baked through long ago.\u2019 So she took the bread-shovel and drew them all out.\n\nShe went on a little farther, till she came to a free full of apples. \u2019Shake me, shake me, I pray,\u2019 cried the tree; \u2019my apples, one and all, are ripe.\u2019 So she shook the tree, and the apples came falling down upon her like rain; but she continued shaking until there was not a single apple left upon it.
